How long does Aurora shipping take?
Most US orders arrive in two to five days. Everything ships from our own warehouses in New Jersey and Los Angeles, and every order is tracked from the moment it leaves the shelf.
Where your order ships from
New Jersey or Los Angeles, whichever is closer to you, with a third warehouse opening in Chicago to speed up delivery across the northern states. We hold our own stock, so nothing is drop-shipped and nothing crosses an ocean to reach you. That's the reason the estimate above is a real one rather than a hopeful one.
Outside the US we ship from our warehouses in the UK, Europe, Australia and Asia, so most international orders are also fulfilled domestically rather than sent from abroad.
When your order leaves
Orders placed before the daily cut-off go out the same working day. Anything after that goes the next working day. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it's scanned out, and that link stays live until it's delivered.
What it costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards, and there's no customs charge to settle on the doorstep for US orders.
Christmas delivery cut-off
Order by December 18 for US delivery before Christmas, and by December 8 for international. Those dates have buffer built in rather than being the last possible moment, because a gift arriving on the 26th is worse than no gift at all.
If you miss them, an e-gift card arrives by email instantly and lets them choose their own edition and color.
Tracking your order
Your tracking link is in your dispatch email. If it hasn't updated for a day or two that's usually normal — carriers scan at handover points, not continuously. If it hasn't moved in four days, email info@aurora-projector.com and we'll chase it from our end rather than sending you to the carrier.
If something goes wrong
Lost, damaged or never delivered — tell us and we'll replace it. We don't ask you to open a claim with the carrier, and we don't make you prove anything. It's our order until it's in your hands.

Not on US orders. Because most international orders ship from a local warehouse, there's usually nothing to pay on delivery there either.
