The Right Light, Morning to Midnight

Most bulbs give you the same hard light at 11pm as they do at 8am. This one changes with the day — flick the switch to move between three modes.
Full-spectrum white for mornings — bright and clear as daylight
Warm amber for evenings — zero blue light, like candlelight
Deep red for the last hour — enough to see by, soft enough to leave on

Such a good health investment. The whole household is benefitting enormously. Easier to relax and prepare naturally for sleep.

This is the only light we use and has been Great to not have bright lights in the lounge in the afternoon. Especially good for our nearly 1yr old to have calm lighting before bed. Highly recommend.
Sacha S
These lights are the perfect addition to our home. Soft lighting for when you are winding down or waking up slowly and bright light when you need it.
Melanie P
We are loving our evenings with this light bulb. It sets the mood for sleep time. I never knew how much impact our lighting has on our circadian rhythm.
Yvonne B
I absolutely LOVE this product. It is so beautifully calming. I use it at night before I go to bed, I use it when I shower, and the white noise to put me to sleep. I’m obsessed
Maggie S
This light has been an absolute game changer for me. I love that I can change the spectrum of light with just the flip of the light switch. It’s improved my sleep too!

Light is how your body tells the time

For most of human history, the only clock anyone had was the sky.

Bright and blue overhead at midday, low and orange at sunset, black after that. Modern lighting flattened all of it into one setting and left it there.

01

Full-spectrum white in the morning, the way daylight is

02

No blue wavelengths in the evening, the way firelight never had any

03

Deep red at night — the faintest signal there is

Common Questions

Everything worth knowing before you screw it in.
  • It fits any standard E26 socket — the regular medium screw base used in most US table lamps, floor lamps and ceiling fittings. If your lamp takes a smaller candelabra bulb (E12), this one won't fit. Check the base of the bulb you're replacing.

  • Flick the wall switch or lamp switch off and back on. Each flick moves it to the next mode. No app, no wifi, no hub, no remote to lose.

  • 400–600 lumens depending on the mode — roughly the same as a 40–50W old-style bulb. Right for a bedside lamp, a floor lamp or a small ceiling fitting. It isn't a floodlight, and it isn't meant to be.

  • No. It isn't dimmable and shouldn't be used in a fixture with a dimmer. It's built to change modes with a standard on/off switch instead, so it works in any normal lamp.

  • Yes — enough to move around a room, find what you're looking for, or read a page. It's deliberately low. That's the point of it.

  • Yes. Red mode is the one most parents end up using — enough light for a feed or a nappy change without lighting the whole room up.

  • Rated for 50,000 hours. Used every evening, that's roughly ten years.
