Order Processing Time
We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 working hours (Monday–Friday). Please note that during holidays, strikes, or unforeseen events, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 5–12 business days after dispatch.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Customs & Duties
All customs fees and import duties are covered by us prior to shipment. You will not need to pay additional charges upon delivery, regardless of your country.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge until a shipping label is created and the parcel has left our facility (typically within 24 hours of purchase).
If your order has already shipped, it must be returned unused and undamaged before a refund can be processed.
Address Changes
If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@aurora-projector.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we can update it for you. Unfortunately, once the parcel has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us with your order number and a clear photo or video of the item. We’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
Delivered But Not Received
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your post room, neighbour, or colleagues. In some cases, the courier may provide a proof of delivery.
Please note: We do not refund or replace items marked as delivered. For best security, we recommend shipping to a reliable address.
