Order Processing Time
We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 working hours (Monday–Friday). Please note that during holidays, strikes, or unforeseen events, processing may take slightly longer.

These items ship from different fulfillment locations, may take slightly longer to arrive, and will have separate tracking numbers.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Customs & Duties
All customs fees and import duties are covered by us prior to shipment. You will not need to pay additional charges upon delivery, regardless of your location/country.

Order Cancellations
Please be aware that once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Packaging and processing begin immediately upon receipt of your order.

Address Changes
If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@aurora-projector.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we can update it for you. Unfortunately, once the parcel has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us with your order number and a clear photo or video of the item. We’ll send you a replacement free of charge.

Delivered But Not Received
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your post room, neighbour, or colleagues. In some cases, the courier may provide a proof of delivery. Please note: We do not refund or replace items marked as delivered. For best security, we recommend shipping to a reliable address.


Shipping Exceptions
Certain orders may experience extended delivery times or carrier restrictions beyond our control. This includes orders shipped to PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands), APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and rural or remote locations. These destinations may require alternative carriers or additional transit time, and standard estimated delivery dates do not apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses or subsequently forwarded by the customer are the responsibility of the customer, and any reshipping costs will be borne by them.
