Order Processing Time
We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 working hours (Monday–Friday). Please note that during holidays, strikes, or unforeseen events, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Orders placed on or before December 17th typically arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Orders placed after the Christmas delivery cut-off (December 17th) typically arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
Orders placed from December 26th onward have returned to our normal shipping times and typically arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary slightly during peak holiday periods.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Customs & Duties
All customs fees and import duties are covered by us prior to shipment. You will not need to pay additional charges upon delivery, regardless of your location/country.
During the holiday period we are unable to cancel orders once they are placed.
Due to high order volumes and fast-tracked fulfillment, orders are processed immediately and cannot be modified or cancelled. Once the holidays have passed we will be able to resume our normal 24 hour cancellation policy.
If your order has already shipped, it may be returned unused and undamaged in accordance with our Returns Policy once it has been delivered.
Address Changes
If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@aurora-projector.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we can update it for you. Unfortunately, once the parcel has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us with your order number and a clear photo or video of the item. We’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
Delivered But Not Received
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with your post room, neighbour, or colleagues. In some cases, the courier may provide a proof of delivery.
Please note: We do not refund or replace items marked as delivered. For best security, we recommend shipping to a reliable address.

Most orders ship from our US warehouses as normal and arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
In some cases, orders may ship from our warehouses in the UK, EU or Asia, with delivery typically taking 7–15 business days, depending on carrier traffic and location. All shipping costs, duties, and import fees are fully covered by us.
