30-Day Refund Policy
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return for a refund.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
2-Year Warranty
All products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
If your item develops a fault after the 30-day return period, we will repair or replace it free of charge. To process a warranty claim, we require proof of purchase and clear evidence of the defect (such as a short video or photo).
In some cases, the item may need to be returned to us for inspection. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
