Will it keep me awake?
It's built to be the opposite of overhead lighting — soft, diffused and fully dimmable. On its lowest setting it's a quiet glow across the ceiling, not a light you look at. Most people set the timer so it switches itself off once they've drifted.

Will it work on my ceiling?
Flat ceilings give the cleanest spread, but vaulted, sloped and popcorn ceilings all work — the pattern follows the shape of the room rather than sitting evenly, so it looks different rather than worse. A ceiling fan will cast a soft shadow depending on where you place it, so most people position it slightly off to one side.

Where do I start? I've always been fascinated with the aurora borealis and have never witnessed it in person. When I discovered this product existed, I couldn't wait to try it out. I was not disappointed and better than that, I've got my husband hooked on it, too. Every night, we look forward to getting lost in the stars and rich color that bathes our bedroom walls. We even share our pick of color --- are we going green or blue or red tonight?! (Blue's my personal favorite, red is my husband's). This is one of the coolest, most fascinating ideas and I'm so glad I crossed its path. I've told just about everybody that I know about it. It only arrived a few days ago, but I'm in love with it. One of my three cats is obsessed with the moving patterns on the walls, he keeps attacking them. Another just stares at them in are. The last... she's a spicy tortie, her opinion doesn't count, and she pretends to ignore it.

This is a very nice little ceiling projector, love it. Really simple to operate, nice quality. Setup is easy, just plug it in, after you work out it only seems to work with the USB-C cable it comes with! Pulled it out of the box and plugged it in with one of my existing USB-C cables, didn’t work. Great fun, very relaxing.

Have seen the real thing in Norway, and Scotland and wanted to relive it at home.Was worried it would not deliver, and be a gimmick but was delighted it did all that was advertised.The speed and colours are easily changed for realism and covers the entire room, the brightest parts echoing Norway, and the furthest faintest, Scotland. Movements are realistic, with no ‘apparent’ repeats.Good features are optional stars and moon, using separate lenses, if am supercritical, the stars show on the surface of the moon, and are green but the brightness, gives the illusion of a night sky.Sounds are ok, but you can add your own, but we remember the silence… your choice.Would I buy another…. Definitely.
