Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 working hours, Monday–Friday. During holidays or unforeseen events, processing may take slightly longer.

 

Delivery Times — Aurora Projectors & Protective Cases
Our projectors and protective cases ship from our US warehouses for faster, more reliable delivery.

  • United States: 2–5 business days
  • Canada: 3–7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
  • Australia: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–15 business days

 

Delivery Times — All Other Products 
These items ship from different fulfillment locations and will arrive with separate tracking numbers.

Low Stock Items
Occasionally, when certain items are low in stock, they may be shipped from an alternative warehouse. In this case delivery will be 5–10 business days. Your tracking number will confirm which warehouse your order was shipped from.

Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods such as holidays or promotional events.

 

Tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email.

 

Customs & Duties
All customs fees and import duties are covered by us before shipment. You won't be charged anything extra upon delivery, regardless of your location.

 

Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed it cannot be changed or canceled. Packaging and processing begin immediately.

 

Address Changes
If you entered an incorrect address please contact us at info@aurora-projector.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet we can update it. Once dispatched the address cannot be changed.

 

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged please email us with your order number and a photo or video of the item. We'll send a replacement free of charge.

 

Delivered But Not Received
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't locate it, please check with neighbours, a post room, or colleagues. Please note we do not refund or replace items marked as delivered. For security we recommend shipping to a reliable address.

 

Shipping Exceptions
Certain orders may experience extended delivery times or carrier restrictions beyond our control. This includes orders shipped to PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands), APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and rural or remote locations. These destinations may require alternative carriers or additional transit time, and standard estimated delivery dates do not apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses or subsequently forwarded by the customer are the responsibility of the customer, and any reshipping costs will be borne by them.
